THE WORLD CHAMPION PHILLIES

Just in case you've been living in a cave and missed this - OUR Philadelphia Phillies
are now the 2008 World Series Champions! This has not happened since
my daddy was two years old - just like me!
My daddy was at the final game - he even got to be in the mayor's box for the second
half of the big game!
I sure hope I don't have to wait 28 years to see this happen again.
Needless to say my daddy is still on cloud nine! On Halloween they
had a gigantic parade down Broad Street right in front of my
daddy's office building - he was in his glory!!

The Philadelphia Zoo had a Halloween party!

Nanny and Grampy came to visit - I took them

Halloween 2008

We had a Halloween parade at my school.
Grandmom and Mommy came to watch!

One of my classmates dressed up like a french fry!

I was Frankenstein!

They woke me up from my nap - I wasn't too happy
just yet!

More Halloween 2008

This was only my second lollipop ever - it sure was good!

Forget about it - you may be cute, but I'm not sharing!

How come you guys never gave me one of these before?

Grandmom said I was really workin' it!

The NEW Please Touch Museum

The new Please Touch Museum opened this month and it is fantastic.
They renovated a previously unused building - a left over from the 1876 Centennial celebration!
Here I am in the atrium waiting for Daddy to get our tickets.

I'm getting impatient - I can't wait to get playing!

At the original centennial - the arm and torch from the
Statue of Liberty was displayed. They have now
recreated the torch out of toy items!

This room is one of my favorites - it is just to the right of the atrium -
the only bad thing is that the water is kinda cold!
Don't worry, Mom, Grandmom dried me off with the hand dryers!

More of the Please Touch Museum

This is a huge room turned into a giant water playground!

AFTER I got pretty wet, Grandmom and Daddy decided
I needed a smock. I love playing in the water!

This slide is super slippery and tons of fun!

I made lunch for Grandmom and Daddy in Alice in Wonderland's
rabbit hole!

Career Choices

At this museum you get to try out so many cool things -
like building blocks (They said this is how Frank
Lloyd Wright started out as a child!)

I really like the train thing - Daddy and I had fun
here

Perhaps I'll work in a grocery store?

But - of course - that will only be while I'm in Med School!!!

More of My Favorite Museum

I took Grandmom on the horsie ride

This is my favorite part of the museum

Look at the beautiful building the museum is in now!

I really hate to leave - Daddy had to bribe me with food to
get me out!
